OMNIBUS SYSTEMS is to enter into a partnership with Omneon Video Networks that will see the company's advanced control software incorporated into Omneon's innovative networking and storage system, VIDEO AREA NETWORKä. Both companies are committing engineering and development resources to the partnership.

Omneon will be licensing Omnibus software development tools to make the VIDEO AREA NETWORK fully compatible with OmniBus applications deployed in many leading broadcast installations.
