Fast, free service for pre-owned Quantel systems

NEWBURY, UK -- Quantel has launched a free on-line re-registration scheme for purchasers of second-hand Quantel systems. The scheme gets subsequent purchasers of systems up and running in the shortest possible time, while also offering them full access to the security of Quantel's world-wide support network on the same terms as purchasers of new systems.

"Quantel systems have an enviable reputation for longevity and so a high residual value even after several years in service -- because they remain highly productive revenue earners," says head of customer support Richard Moth. "Our free re-registration scheme reflects our on-going commitment to all systems that we have manufactured. We are proud of the Quantel brand, and proud too of the fact that the systems have such a long and productive life."

But the benefits don't stop there. The full power of Quantel's world-wide support operation is also available to purchasers of second-hand systems; an on-site visit from a Quantel engineer to verify the equipment; full access to all upgrades to bring the system up to the latest specification; and in most cases, eligibility to join Quantel's Extended Support Programme, which bundles superior on-site support with advantageous upgrade packages.
