release of new options and drivers for its Igniter video capture card.
Demonstrating
itself the industry-leading provider of affordable high-end video editing
solutions, Aurora has released a Component I/O Upgrade Option Card,
Serial Digital Video (SDI) Upgrade Option Card, an Uncompressed Option,
and new 2.0 Igniter Drivers for the Igniter video capture card. These
options will allow video professionals and enthusiasts to achieve new
heights of image quality and compression rates at reasonable prices.
The Component I/O Option allows SMPTE time-code, Chromakeying, Genlocking
input, Balanced Audio XLR connections, and Breakout Box. The SDI option
allows sample rates of 48kHz, 44.1kHz and 32kHz, AES/EBU Digital Audio
I/O, and SMPTE 259 I/O. The Uncompressed Option, in conjunction with
either Component or SDI, allows capture and playback of totally uncompressed
video, the highest quality video possible.
