Gains Access to Motion Pictures for 3D Conversion

ANGELES, February 10, 2000--Chequemate International Inc. (AMEX:DDD),
doing business as C-3D Digital Inc., the world's first 3D television
network and 3D Internet media company that provides 3D entertainment
through innovative technology, and Trimark Pictures (NASDAQ: TMRK) announced
that Trimark will receive an equity investment in C-3D Digital.
Trimark has agreed to provide C-3D Digital access to its library of
motion pictures, in exchange for an equity position in the Company.
Films from Trimark's library, which contain over 600 titles, will be
converted to 3D using C-3D Digital's patented process. The deal with
Trimark also includes a revenue sharing arrangement for the 3D versions
of the movies sold on DVD and VHS.
"We're very excited about this opportunity," stated Cami Winikoff,
executive vice president of Trimark Pictures. "C-3D Digital is the
second equity arrangement we've done with a technologically savvy media
company. Our first, in February 1999, was with Broadcast.com, with whom
we licensed the Trimark library of 2D films for streaming video over
the Internet." Broadcast was later acquired by Yahoo! (NASDAQ: YHOO).
Winikoff continued, "We anticipate our relationship with C-3D Digital
will be highly successful." "Trimark is an excellent company with terrific

officer of C-3D Digital. "In our arrangement with Trimark, we gain
a powerful shareholder and access to great films for 3D conversion.
This arrangement will significantly boost content for both our C-3D
Television Network."
