Triangle Television Raises the Stake With flame

LONDON, UK, April 03, 2000: As part of an overall facility expansion, Triangle Television has purchased a Discreet flame. The top-end visual effects and compositing system was sold and will be supported by full-service Soho reseller Red Lorry Yellow Lorry.

The flame is expected to attract more creative commercials and effects projects to the facility, both from new and existing clients. Tanya FitzGerald, managing director of Triangle, said: "Our customers will benefit from a high-quality, competitive service equivalent to a Soho facility but without Soho costs. The purchase of flame will broaden the capabilities of the facility as a whole and will nicely complement our existing services. Clients will also benefit from a more comfortable working environment, including larger and brighter suites."

Duncan Malcolm, development director at Triangle, was instrumental in the purchase of flame. He said: "flame is reliable, is a name agencies know and demand and will enable us to really push the creative boundaries for our clients." Triangle will employ an in-house flame operator, and call on a pool of top freelance artists where necessary.
