NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif.--(April 25, 2000)-- Technicolor Film Group, the world's leading processor of motion picture film, announced that it has created a new Imaging Group and has also added Complete Post Inc. to the Technicolor Film Group family.

The Imaging Group will extend Technicolor Film Group's global leadership in film services, focusing on providing existing digital services in the post-production market. Additionally, the Imaging Group will focus on next-generation digital film opportunities and services.

The Imaging Group will initially include Complete Post as well as the Restoration businesses of CFI and Technicolor and other CFI imaging operations. Long considered one of Hollywood's most successful video and audio post-production facilities, Complete Post will broaden the capabilities of the Imaging Group, providing significant resources and expertise as the group extends its scale and scope.

Bob Beitcher, former President and CEO of CFI, has been appointed President of the Technicolor Imaging Group, leading the formation of the new entity which will focus on growth opportunities in digital post production.
