Twirl down the Advanced controls. Change the Shape to Ramp Up. The Shape controls how the characters are selected between the Start and End of the range. Each of the selections in this drop down menu creates a gradual transition between the characters and the selected shape.
After changing the Shape, you will notice the letters appear as though they are halfway through their animated “dance”. In the words of one of the most influential authors of our time “Don’t Panic!” just change the beginning offset amount to –3 instead of 0.
