This plug-in, like the two others, gives you a great range of control. You can even apply multiple instances of the effect to the same audio track, selecting a specific audio frequency range for each one. Each instance of the effect can have three output ranges, which may consist of different audio frequency ranges, different types of falloff and different output ranges. Keyframe rates for the effect can be the same as the composition framerate or custom ones. Calculation is very fast, so there's really no need to decrease the keyframe rate unless you wish to do so for creative reasons.
