BOXX workstations are completely customized to the user's needs and prices vary accordingly. My review system, as configured, is priced at $4,062.00. That's not bad at all, considering that this is probably the fastest Windows-based computer you can get right now. You may be able to save a little bit of money but putting a similar system together but you probably won't get the same reliability and optimization level and may end up with inferior components. In addition, if you have a problem with a pieced-together system you'll be playing a not so fun game with the different component manufacturers. I know because I've been there before: the motherboard manufacturer blames the display manufacturer, who blames the memory, which doesn't have tech support at all. And good luck trying to get Microsoft to help you with any configuration issues! With BOXX you only have to call one number and you'll know you'll be well taken care of. Plus, systems are fully tested before they are delivered.
