Fort Knox TV Selects Image Mine for Media Asset Management

 

 

 

 

Carmel, Indiana­-(2001-01-04 ) Imagine Products announces that Fort Knox TV has selected Image Mine media asset management system to log and archive their extensive tape library. Pre-existing tape logs from both field tapes and finished productions, which were created with The Executive Producer logger and another database program, are being incorporated into the Image Mine database.

Fort Knox TV is a production facility operated by the US Army TV Division DPTM (G3). It has been in operation for 35 years and supports the US Army Armor Center, Ft. Knox, as a primary mission, as well as providing support to the US Army Recruiting Command, and US Army Training and Doctrine Commands (TRADOC) initiatives. They produce over 200 audiovisual productions a year including documentaries, training videos, and multimedia on CD-Rom and DVD.
